Home of the Shining Stars

The purpose of the Barrows Elementary PTO is to provide an organization in which parents, school staff, town officials, and other interested individuals can work cooperatively to enhance and expand the educational opportunities of students at Barrows by developing:

  • A link between home and school

  • Financial support for programs outside the annual school budget

  • A communication link for town-wide educational issues.
